These guys sorted me out with a last minute personalised gift on the same day, fantastic service

I spotted a lovely hip flask at a stall at a Bangor event, which I thought would be a lovely gift for my brother in law. However his birthday was imminent but I was assured it could be personalised and ready on time. Not only was it ready, but the owner (?) dropped it off at my house!! Talk about good customer service! Will definitely shop there again.

Chris and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. They involved us in the design process and we were really delighted with the finished result. I would highly recommend them.

The colour, fabric, size and comfort. It add colour and a little bit of sunshine to our living room. Now we are all fighting how who the chair belongs to!
